1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Arkena, a product of Ansteck LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Arkena, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Arkena.

2. What Arkena Is

Arkena is an AI-powered research tool that processes audio content and generates summaries, insights, and highlights using artificial intelligence. Arkena is intended for personal research and learning purposes.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Arkena.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Arkena to:

• Attempt to copy, download, redistribute, or scrape the audio or research content available on Arkena
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
• Share your account with others or resell access to Arkena
• Use Arkena for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

5. Content on Arkena

All audio content available on Arkena is curated and provided by Ansteck LLC. Users do not upload content to Arkena. The research audio, AI-generated summaries, insights, and all associated materials are proprietary to Ansteck LLC and may not be copied, downloaded, redistributed, or shared without express written permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

Arkena uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, insights, and other outputs. These outputs are automatically generated and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.

7. Intellectual Property

Arkena and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ansteck LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Arkena without our express written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. If you wish to close your account, contact us at info@ansteck.com and we will process your request.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Arkena is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that Arkena will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ansteck LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Arkena, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Utah.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Your continued use of Arkena after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
